With just a few adjustments, this strength device can be converted from a leg extension to a leg curl machine. It is a plate-loaded machine. The exercises are performed while seated. The new, optimized foot roller pad of the leg extension/leg curl machine (8MXXX) automatically adjusts and positions itself at the level of your lower shin (close to the ankle joint).
