The Functional Training Machine 2KNZ is a versatile training station designed for functional training, athletic performance training and kinesitherapy. Its key feature is the ability to combine two different resistance directions simultaneously within a single movement.
Horizontal resistance can be combined with vertical resistance, allowing pulling and pushing movements to be performed while simultaneously working against an upward or downward force. This enables complex movement patterns that can only be trained to a limited extent on conventional strength machines with a fixed, one-dimensional movement path.
Athletic and everyday movements rarely take place in just one direction. The body must generate and transfer force while simultaneously maintaining stability and control.
