Our heavy-duty rubber floor tiles with integrated ramp edge are the ideal addition for fitness studios, home gyms, and functional training areas. They provide a safe and clean transition at the edges of the training surface and help reduce trip hazards when entering or leaving the flooring area.

The edge tiles feature an integrated slope, creating a smooth transition between the flooring surface and the surrounding ground.

Installation is identical to standard rubber floor tiles. As these are loose-laid elements without an interlocking system, adhesive installation is recommended, especially in commercial or high-traffic environments, to ensure long-term stability.

INSTALLATION

This gym flooring consists of loose-laid rubber floor tiles with an integrated ramp edge and without an interlocking system.

For permanently stable installation, adhesive bonding is recommended, particularly in heavily used or commercial areas.

The sloped edge reduces the tile height towards the outside by approximately 20 mm, creating a safe and low-barrier transition.

Examples:

30 mm tile → lowest edge height approx. 10 mm
40 mm tile → lowest edge height approx. 20 mm
50 mm tile → lowest edge height approx. 30 mm
60 mm tile → lowest edge height approx. 40 mm

Installation: This gym flooring consists of loose-lay rubber tiles that are not connected via an interlocking system. For a permanently stable installation, gluing is recommended, especially in high-traffic or commercial-use areas.
