Our qualified production team is dedicated to manufacturing products that ensure training under demanding loads. The result is robust and stable strength equipment that meets the unique and high-quality standards of our customers.

Our strength equipment is manufactured within the EU at our GYM FACTORY and complies with the requirements of  EN ISO 20957  for Use Class S (STUDIO).

 Production Steps (Production Process): 
Once your order is confirmed, it moves into production:

1. Cutting: The machine frames are cut, and the padding components are prepared.

2. Welding: The cut parts of the machine are welded, ground, and tested.

3. Painting: The machines are powder-coated for durability.

4. Assembly Station: Before shipping, the machines are fully assembled once and undergo a thorough quality check.

5. Packaging/Shipping: Large machines are disassembled into large parts, labeled, and individually packaged. Screws are pre-inserted into the holes, making reassembly easier for you.
Please note that some machines are delivered fully welded and cannot be disassembled. If you have limited access to your studio, please let us know. We can then confirm whether the equipment will fit into your studio.

Custom designs and new product developments are conceptualized and carried out by our multidisciplinary team. Our technicians handle specific modifications or adjustments to your training equipment professionally. We can also bring your vision to life based on a sketch.
