The 5BX2 Smith Machine with counterweight is a stable and functional solution designed for commercial gym use.

The machine features a guided barbell with multiple safety and locking positions, allowing for controlled and secure training.
The integrated counterweight system offsets the weight of the barbell, resulting in an effective starting resistance of zero. This is particularly beneficial for beginners, as it allows them to focus on proper technique before progressing to heavier loads. At the same time, advanced athletes benefit from the smooth and stable movement pattern.

The Smith Machine supports essential lower-body exercises such as squats, lunges, and calf raises, as well as upper-body movements including chest and shoulder presses. When combined with the J2 adjustable bench, it becomes a versatile setup for training all major muscle groups.
