Abductor and Adductor Machine (3V) is designed for targeted training of the inner and outer thigh as well as the middle gluteal muscles. Equipped with an 80 kg standard weight stack (additional weight available at 4 EUR/kg). Adding more weight will adjust the machine's height accordingly.
