Visitors can access the FLAME SPORT sample studio inside the Grey Zone Gym during the staffed hours – no prior appointment is required.
Staffed Hours / Visiting Times:
During these hours, staff is on site and can assist you if needed with orientation and equipment guidance within the sample studio.
The Grey Zone Gym offers around 50 FLAME SPORT machines available for hands-on testing – including plate-loaded machines, guided strength units, row and pull-down variations, chest and shoulder presses, leg presses, glute and hip stations, cable machines, and specialty units designed for professional gym environments.
