The FLAME SPORT Armwrestling & Grip Machine (1IXX) is designed for ambitious arm wrestlers, strength athletes, and serious lifters who want to improve pulling power, grip strength, wrist stability, and forearm strength and endurance. Thanks to its plate-loaded resistance system, the machine uses standard 50 mm Olympic weight plates, allowing users to adjust the training resistance according to their individual needs.
Compared to the standard 1IX model, the 1IXX offers significantly more training versatility. In addition to traditional arm wrestling movements, it allows athletes to perform static holds, wrist rotation exercises, and dedicated finger and forearm training using the integrated finger and forearm attachment. This makes the machine ideal for improving both arm wrestling technique and sport-specific strength.
The pivoting training handle follows the natural movement of the user's arm, providing smooth and biomechanically efficient motion throughout every repetition. The handle length is fully adjustable to accommodate different arm lengths and training positions, while the adjustable starting position allows the resistance arm to be adapted to different exercises, comfort preferences, and desired ranges of motion.
Two heavy-duty stainless steel support handles ensure a stable body position during training, allowing maximum force transfer and exercise control. Built from 60 × 40 × 2–3 mm steel profiles, the machine offers a maximum load capacity of 200 kg, while its durable powder-coated finish provides long-lasting protection against wear and corrosion.
