Adjustable Bench Press (4A)

The FLAME SPORT Adjustable Bench Press (4A) is a versatile bench press station designed for professional chest and strength training. Thanks to its extensive adjustment options, the bench can be individually adapted to the athlete and the desired exercise, making it suitable for both classic flat bench presses and various incline press variations.

The backrest can be adjusted from 0° to 90°, allowing for a wide range of pressing angles. In addition, the seat angle is adjustable, providing a stable and ergonomic training position even at steeper backrest settings.

The barbell racking positions are height-adjustable and can be adapted to different body heights, arm lengths, and preferred starting positions.

Another key feature is the adjustable position of the entire bench within the frame. The bench can be moved forward or backward, allowing the distance between the athlete and the barbell to be individually adjusted according to the exercise and user preference.

The bench press is suitable for barbells with 30/31 mm and 50/51 mm weight plate sleeves with a minimum inner grip width of 130 cm. The distance between the barbell racks is 120 cm.

Thanks to its heavy-duty steel construction and durable finish, the 4A is suitable for demanding home gyms as well as intensive use in commercial gyms and professional training facilities.
