FLX BASE PREMIUM EPDM – high-quality gym flooring with CONNECT system

The FLX BASE Premium EPDM floor tiles in Black-Blue, with a thickness of 20 to 30 mm, combine a robust rubber base with a high-quality EPDM surface. They are suitable for gyms, equipment and cardio areas, general strength training, functional training, personal training studios and home gyms.

The blue EPDM granules give the training surface a high-quality, professional appearance. At the same time, the EPDM surface provides a non-slip and durable finish with increased resistance to abrasion, moisture and UV exposure. The elastic rubber structure protects the subfloor and training equipment while reducing training noise and vibrations.

 INSTALLATION:  The FLX BASE Premium EPDM floor tiles are connected using the modular CONNECT system. The supplied plastic connectors are inserted into the designated recesses on the underside of the floor tiles, securely joining adjacent tiles. This creates an evenly aligned, dimensionally stable training surface in which the individual floor tiles are reliably secured against lateral movement. The required plastic connectors are included.

Load notice: The Premium EPDM surface is designed for fitness, equipment and general training areas. For areas where heavy dumbbells, barbells or weights are regularly dropped, we recommend the FLX BASE STANDARD Heavy Duty floor tiles in 50–80 mm due to the higher mechanical stress placed on the EPDM surface.
