The special design allows the training platform to be separated. This means that the leg muscles can be used independently for even more targeted training. With a simple movement of the hand, the training platform can be fixed quickly and easily.
The press platforms of the leg press (3DX) run on a total of 16 rollers (each platform on 8 rollers).
