The 1IH Cable Training Attachment expands the 1I Professional Armwrestling Table into a cable training station. The attachment is mounted directly to the table and adds a sturdy cable tower with a plate-loaded weight carriage. This allows the athlete to train against adjustable resistance while keeping the elbow positioned on the pad – in a position similar to armwrestling at the table.

The pulley block can be adjusted vertically along the upright and secured with a locking pin. This allows the pulling angle to be adapted to different exercises and the athlete’s arm length. The cable runs over two pulleys at the top of the tower and down to the weight carriage, where weight plates are loaded onto a vertical weight horn.

A carabiner with a D-handle is attached to the end of the cable. The handle can be replaced with other suitable cable attachments as required. A diagonal brace between the upright and the base frame provides additional stability under heavy pulling loads.

The 1IH is manufactured from a robust 60 × 40 mm steel profile and powder-coated in the color of your choice. It is designed for armwrestling clubs, strength gyms and athletes who want to expand their 1I Armwrestling Table with targeted resistance training for the hand, wrist and forearm.
