Torso Rotation Machine 3EB with Weight Stack

The Torso Rotation Machine 3EB was developed for targeted core, oblique, and rotational strength training with controlled movement and stable body positioning throughout the exercise.

The supported kneeling position together with the adjustable chest support and padded knee platform helps maintain proper alignment during training while allowing smooth rotational movement.

The cable-driven resistance system ensures continuous muscle tension throughout the full range of motion and enables controlled, effective rotational strength training.

The chest support features 12 adjustable height positions and is assisted by a gas spring for quick and smooth setup.

The knee support starting angle can be adjusted in 11° increments. For additional training variation, the knee support can either be locked in a fixed horizontal position or unlocked to allow ±5° lateral movement on each side.
